Privacy - What we collect

People registering an account on a site - The information we collect as part of the registration process is used to help us weed out maliscious registrations, and includes your email address. You will be asked to choose a username when you register. This will be viewable to all users of the site if you post content, so be careful when choosing it. It doesn’t need to personally identify you.

People signing up to a newsletter - we just collect your email address, so that we can send you the newsletter.

People buying items from a shop - We collect your name, email address, address and phone number, so we can send the items you have purchased and contact you if there is a problem.

Privacy - What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide services on our websites, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • So that we can keep our internal records up to date;

LiveRamp uses this information to create an online identification code for the purpose of recognising you on your devices. This code does not contain any of your directly identifiable personal data and will not be used by LiveRamp to re-identify you.

Privacy - How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file that is placed on your computer when you visit one of our sites. It allows us to remember your visit, store preferences that you’ve set on the site and serve you advertising that’s relevant to your browsing history. If you've indicated that you’re happy to receive marketing emails from a competition sponsor, you may have to contact the competition sponsor directly. All marketing emails from competition sponsors we work with will have an unsubscribe link in the body of the email.

We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission, or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

Shipping and returns - Payments

We use Stripe to process transactions on Farrelly Atkinson Ltd. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Shipping and returns - Order Shipping and Tracking

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Orders are sent by recorded delivery and we will keep a note of your tracking number in case of queries.

Shipping and returns - Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipping and returns - Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Shipping and returns - Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it is faulty.

We do do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Shipping and returns - Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You are liable for return shipping.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Farrelly Atkinson Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions
